Lord, 
Your unfailing love 
   upholds 
   comforts 
   leads me through 
pleasant and 
unpleasant places. 

As I look back 
at Bible verses 
long ago 
    underlined 
    dated 
    noted with 
circumstances 
and names 
for whom I plead 
Your intervention, 
my understanding grasps 
    a little of 
    what You have done.
