I'd Like to Ask Noah...
And what kinds of whinings
Were needlessly said?
Did the frogs say they'd croak
With no waterbed?

And the food you took in
Of every kind,
Stored fore and aft
Up front and behind?

Did your wife and your boys
Need to give you a hand
To help you fulfill
That weighty command?

I guess that it shouldn't
Be any surprise
That you didn't store water—
It came from the skies.

Did you run a pipe
From the roof to a tank
Where the creatures frolicked
And bathed and drank?

When it came time
For the critters to eat,
How did you manage
That incredible feat?
